How to clean your basin
Use a non-abrasive cleanser and avoid forceful scrubbing as it may result in a change in surface texture. Microfibre towels are recommended for cleaning your basin.
Products to be careful of
Products with high levels of PH such as but not limited to, toothpaste, paint strippers, bleach, nail polish remover etc. Rinse immediately with water to neutralise the effects if exposure occurs. Do not leave damp items directly on your concrete product for a prolonged period.
Drainage of basin
Please drain your basin of all water immediately after use. Do not leave water sitting in basin for an extended period of time.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure
Although our basins are UV stable and suitable for outdoor use, it is recommended to avoid direct sunlight where possible. As direct sunlight can cause concrete to slowly discolour over a long period of time
Cracks, edge chipping and scratches
Over time despite our products being extremely durable you may notice slight further imperfections occur. If this occurs the colour of the basin runs through the product therefore you would see the same colour concrete inside.
